Eating Disorder Support

Compassionate care for adolescents and adults healing from disordered eating and body-image struggles. We focus on reclaiming your sense of self, building resilience, and supporting lasting recovery.

Spaces for connection, learning, and growth. Upcoming offerings include food and body-focused groups and mind-body workshops to help you feel supported and empowered alongside others.

Integrative Mind-Body Approaches

We use somatic techniques like breathwork and movement, alongside therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, to help you process trauma, release tension, and strengthen your connection to your body and emotions.
