Hi, I'm Imagine.

Psychotherapist + Founder

Imagine is passionate about treating the whole person. Specializing in eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth, and body image disturbances- she believes that mental and emotional struggles not only reside within the mind but also in the body. With a psychodynamic practice approach, she often incorporates nervous system education + regulation, breathwork, as well as cognitive-behavioral and somatic therapies.

Our cozy space is nestled in Downtown Berkley. We offer in-office sessions by appointment only. We are centered within The Zen Den Collective, a wellness center where you can find other women-owned healing practices, including massage therapists, estheticians, reiki healers, and other mental health practitioners,

Evidenced-Based + Trauma-Informed Practices

We work with those who've experienced disordered eating, body image disturbances, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. We’re here to treat all of you, not just parts. Treatment plans are tailored to your unique needs.

Treatment may encompass approaches such as Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, and Somatic Therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, for a multi-faceted approach to healing.
