KYRA CURRIER, LLMSW
Psychotherapist
dog lover, coffee enthusiast, traveler at heart

HER APPROACH
Kyra works with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and life transitions. She offers a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, and begin to shift patterns that no longer serve them.
Her work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, somatic techniques, and trauma-informed care. She integrates these approaches to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and physical experiences while building practical tools to support change in everyday life.
Kyra believes healing begins with feeling seen and understood. She meets each client where they are, tailoring treatment to support meaningful growth, greater self-awareness, and a more connected relationship with themselves.
OUTSIDE THE THERAPY ROOM
Outside the office, Kyra enjoys slowing down with a cup of coffee, spending time with family and friends, or making memories with her two boxers. Kyra loves traveling and exploring new places around the world, and she values the opportunities these experiences provide to connect with others and embrace life’s simple joys.
