Imagine helps people untangle the patterns that keep them stuck around food, body, and trauma. She works with adolescents and adults in a space that’s warm, authentic, and deeply attuned—where you can explore the thoughts, behaviors, and experiences that have shaped your story. Her approach blends psychodynamic therapy with cognitive-behavioral and somatic strategies, tailored to your unique needs. Imagine is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and is pursuing her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) designation.

Healing, to Imagine, isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about discovering the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen, heard, and understood. She helps clients build self-awareness around the loops that hold them back, reclaim clarity, and reconnect with the pieces of themselves that feel most like home. Whether you can name the experiences that shaped you or are just beginning to ask those questions, she believes every person deserves a space that feels steady, safe, and deeply human.

As the founder of Rare Mind and Body, Imagine envisioned a practice where therapy meets the whole person—mind, body, and heart. Her mission is to create a space where you can explore your story fully, make lasting change, and leave each session feeling a little more like yourself—curious, grounded, and empowered.

With a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan and experience across both inpatient and outpatient care, Imagine brings both expertise and heart to every session. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). She combines knowledge with curiosity, compassion, and warmth—making therapy rigorous, meaningful, and yes, sometimes even a little playful.

Outside the office, Imagine fuels her mornings with coffee and navigates the joy, curiosity, and occasional chaos of motherhood. She believes that growth can be transformative and grounding—and that even the messy moments hold lessons, laughter, and a little magic.
